Every coach on Coachy.Club is verified before parents can see their profile. This keeps kids safe and builds trust with families in your area.

We don't ask for your Aadhaar, PAN or any ID document.

Coachy.Club is built to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — we hold only what a booking actually needs, and no identity document is uploaded or stored here.

Identity verification goes live shortly. When it does it runs as an Aadhaar OTP check, and we keep only the last four digits and the result — never the number itself.

Profile photo

A clear photo of your face, shown on your profile to parents. JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 5MB — photos taken on a phone are often larger, so share it at a smaller size if it is refused.

Police clearance certificate

Because you work with children we ask every coach for one, and renew it each year. You can carry on without it — just tell us where you are up to.

I already have a current police clearance certificateI've applied for one and will share it when it arrivesI'll apply for one and share it

I can provide at least two references from past students or employers if asked.I consent to identity and background verification by Coachy.Club before my profile is shown to parents. I understand my profile stays hidden until approved.
